The portrait 7" x 5" cocktail polka panels sheet can downloaded for free by clicking here. Click on the link to open the image in Adobe Acrobat reader - if you need it you can download it for free by clicking on the button below.

To make the card, cut out one of the background panels and stick it with double-sided tape to a white 7" x 5" card blank, trimming the panel/card if necessary.

Cut out one of the Martini motifs from the top of the sheet together with the ingredients/instructions. Stick both pieces onto larger piece of metallic card with double-sided tape and trim round with a craft knife and ruler to leave a small border.

Carefully cut out one of the cocktail shakers and a Martini glass from the metallic card sheet. To finish off the cocktail shaker, emboss some lines onto the front with an embossing tool or used-up biro.

Cut out one of the triangular shapes from the bottom of the Martini motif sheet with a craft knife and ruler - this forms the 'drink' part of the cocktail glass. Stick it to the front of the silver metallic card with double-sided tape.

Stick the motifs, cocktail shaker, Martini glass and a couple of olives cut from the Martini sheet to the card blank with sticky pads.
