Project - Parasol Girl card

This lovely A5 card was made using the 'Parasol Girl' large motifs together with the background strip from the same sheet (or the full-size background paper).

Print the motif sheet onto good quality white card - white hammer card was used here. Cut out one of the large motifs with a craft knife and ruler and stick it to a larger piece of silver metallic card, then trim to leave a small border all round. Further mount the piece onto a larger piece of purple textured card and again trim around to leave a small border.

Cut out 5.5 x 4.5cm pieces of the backing and follow the same procedure with the silver metallic and purple textured card as for the motif.

Mount the birthday greeting from the pyramage sheet onto silver metallic only.

Position the four pieces onto the card blank and when you're happy with the arrangement, stick them with double-sided tape.

The flower is made with an Xcut large daisy punch using a piece of the patterned card/paper layered with a purple textured flower. Stick the two flower together with d-s tape or glue and add to the card with a sticky pad.

Finally, add clear gems with dabs of Aleene's tacky glue to the bottom left hand panel and also to the flower.
