DVD - Women's Collection

This DVD is crammed full of more than 400 great quality themed A4 sheets and clip art embellishments for cardmaking and scrapbooking projects for women. There are also example cards to provide inspiration.

From Women with Attitude to Elegant Ladies and Gorgeous Geishas, there are all the components that you'll need to make some lovely projects for women this year.

The A4 sheets are supplied in PDF format and are intended to be printed and cut up to make lovely cards. We've supplied Adobe Reader on the disc in case you need it to open the PDF files. Other items are supplied in JPG and PNG format to be used in your favourite graphics program, or just printed as they are.

For all you wicked women out there is our Women with Attitude set including some fabulous 50s images together with some wickedly witty sayings to go with them.

"Bitchitude - when attitude just isn't enough", "You know you're getting old when it takes twice as long to look half as good" and "I'm so good at being bad" are just some of the sayings included in this retro set.

There are some great images included, all with a fabulous vintage feel - take a look at Mischief Lady with her enigmatic smile, Phone Couple who are having a cheeky chat and Winking Lady who must surely be up to no good!

Together with the lovely polka dot backgrounds and background panels in fab 50s colours you can make great cards which are perfect for your girlfriends and female relatives.

This Lipstick, Powder & Paint set has been enormous fun for me to make so I hope you have just as much fun making up these groovy make-up miniatures!

If you like vintage advertising, movies and dancing, you'll just love this Shall We Dance set! We've been asked several times if we could do something on dancing but at the time I had no pictures and no ideas.

The requests led me to do a search to see what I could find - and I ended up immersed in the world of glorious 1930s films and film magazines. I love the cinema so this wasn't a hardship at all! All of the pictures (except one!) in this set have come from such magazines so there's a real feeling of Hollywood and glamour about it - fabulous!

The set itself is aptly named after one of Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers' films, Shall We Dance from 1937. There is a wonderful picture of Fred and Ginger included in the set - with the motif sheet there are top hats and canes to cut out to accompany these great illustrations.

Alphonse Mucha is hardly a household name for so many but his wonderful illustrious and decadent style will be familiar to almost all! Mucha (pronounced Moo-ka) (1860-1939) was a Czech artist who studied in Paris, working on producing magazine and advertising illustrations.

In 1894 he was working as cover in a print shop over Christmas when someone came in who was looking for an artist to produce a poster of Sarah Bernhardt, the most famous actress in Paris at that time.

As all of the regular artists were away for Christmas, Mucha volunteered to produce a proof to see if they liked it. Within 2 weeks he produced a stunning poster for her current play, Gismonda. She were thrilled with his work - and so successful was it that Bernhardt entered into a six year contract with Mucha to produce advertising posters for her plays.

A flurry of work followed for Mucha - paintings, posters, advertisements and book illustrations and thanks to that, we have a beautiful set here of 70 wonderful pictures that are perfect for card-making!

We've even included two sets of clipart featuring lots of images for a Bake Sale and Women with Flowers.

These beautiful ladies will make lovely birthday cards for both young and more mature female friends and relations who are bound to keep the card as a treasured keepsake for a long time to come.

We have gorgeous ladies in various poses - dancing, sitting, standing, being demure, smiling and more. All are beautifully elegant and worthy of their place in our Elegant Ladies set.

There are 40 sheets in this set which contains pyramage sheets, motifs and lovely full-size A4 backgrounds that match the motifs and pyramage perfectly.
 

This Gorgeous Geishas set features lots of lovely Japanese Geisha images which will give your cards a beautiful oriental theme.

We've taken these glorious images and turned them into lovely motifs and pyramage, and produced greetings, border strips and pretty backgrounds to go with them to enable you to make complete co-ordinating cards.

There are 40 sheets in this set featuring 15 gorgeous geishas which have been made into both pyramage and motifs. The set also includes 10 beautiful backgrounds in matching colours.
 

The Age of Romance - the period towards the end of the 19th century and start of the 20th. It was the age of gentlemen, chaperones and steamship travel with companions and huge trunks. It was the time that saw the first motor cars on the road containing ladies with chiffon scarves that attempted to hold onto large hats whilst driving.

The images in this set are all by Howard Chandler Christy, an American artist and illustrator who was famous for the 'Christy girl'. He was best known for his charming illustrations of a picturesque and romantic type of society women peculiarly his own. His work is characterized by a dashing but not exaggerated style and a strong sense of values.

We've fitted 20 of Christy's pictures into this set which have been made into both motifs and pyramage.

There are also another 40 rose backgrounds that match the Age of Romance sheets perfectly although they also would look lovely with other embellishments and motifs too.

As if all of that wasn't enough, there are another 40 Girly sheets featuring lips, sunglasses, girls' essentials, 'I love shoes' images, 'I love chocolate' images, 'Getting ready' and dieting sheets.

This disc surely contains all you need to make great cards for any women in your life!
