Project - Cocker Motif Card

I do love the marble background on this card, although I think a couple of the florals together would have been good for a lady's card.

For this one print:-

The Cocker motif sheet onto quality white card
The Marble background onto quality white paper
The Floral 2 background onto quality white paper

The Cocker motif sheet can downloaded for free by clicking here. Click on the link to open the image in Adobe Acrobat reader - if you need it you can download it for free by clicking on the button below.

To make the card, cover the front of a cream 7" x 5" card blank with the marble background paper using double-sided tape (alternatively use the 7" x 5" pre-printed card blank from the Backgrounds & Cards set).

Cut out one of the large motifs, a greeting and a 15.7 x 4cm piece of the floral background paper with a craft knife and ruler and mount them onto silver metallic card with double-sided tape before trimming round to leave a small border.

Stick the floral panel to the card with double-sided tape, then add the motif piece and greeting. To make the card look completely even, you'll need to build up the back of the motif piece with scraps of card/paper equivalent to the thickness of the floral panel. Sticky pads are probably too thick so just add scraps of metallic card and paper with double-sided tape to even it out.

Finish the card with a paper flower and a brad or gem, stuck with a strong tacky glue such as Aleene's.
