For this one print:-

The In-Cat-uation notecard sheet onto quality white card

Cut out both the notecard and bookmark with a craft knife and ruler.

Crease and fold the notecard, trimming if necessary so that both sides match up.

Make a hole at the bottom of the bookmark and thread it with matching ribbon.
