To make the card:-

Emboss the crease on the card between the guidelines with an embossing tool, bone folder or similar.  Cut out the card blank, additional stained glass window, chosen greeting and additional decoupage cross with a craft knife and ruler/small scissors.

Stick the additional stained glass window into position with sticky pads, then add the cross and your chosen greeting to that with further sticky pads.
