Project - Patsy Square Card

I like this card - I think the background used here is great for a man's card and looks fab with this image.

For this one print:-

The Patsy motif sheet onto quality white card
The Waterburst background onto quality white paper
The Round Greetings onto quality white card

Cover the front of a 15cm square cream card blank with the Waterburst background paper using double-sided tape.

Mount both a large motif (without the cream border) and a 3cm strip of the background onto bronze pearlescent card or similar using double-sided tape. Stick the motif piece to the card blank with sticky pads.

Cut the mounted waterburst piece to fit the width of the card blank, then add a piece of taupe/brown 1cm grosgrain ribbon to it with double-sided tape, folding 3cm of ribbon around the back of each end securing firmly at the back.

Stick the piece to the card blank with thin stick pads or an additional layer of card (to take into account the thickness of the ribbon at the back).

Cut out one of the small round greetings without the border - if you have a punch to fit, that's great (I didn't!). I did have a 2.2cm circle punch to cut out the pearlescent circle on which to mount it. Stick the round greeting to it with double-sided tape, and then onto the card blank as shown.

Add 4/5mm gems to the card to make the 'studs'.
