Project - Canchalagua Birthday card

These Canchulagua flowers are just lovely.

For this one print:-

The Canchalagua motifs onto quality white card
The dusky pink daisy background from the Floral Digital Paper pad onto quality white paper
The dusky pink flower trail background from the Floral Digital Paper pad onto quality white paper
The plain ivory background (from the Yummy Cake Recipes set) onto quality white card

Cover the front of an ivory DL card blank with the dusky pink daisy background paper using double-sided tape.

Add a 4cm strip of the flower trail background to the bottom of the card.

Cut out one of the larger motifs, a greeting and a further 1.4cm wide strip of the flower trail background.

Mount all three pieces onto ivory card and trim round with your craft knife and ruler to leave a small border (top and bottom only for the flower trail strip).

If you don't have any ivory card, print our plain ivory sheet onto white card using a borderless setting.

Mount the border strip with double-sided tape so that the top edge matches the top edge of the flower trail background paper.

Add the motif piece and greeting with further double-sided tape, adding an extra piece of scrap card behind the greeting so that it sits evenly on the card.

Finish with a ribbon bow made from narrow ivory ribbon and stick with tacky glue.
