I love the colours of this 1902 poster and I'm pretty pleased with this background too, just perfect for the motifs and pyramage.

Cover the front of a 7" x 5" card blank with the backing paper, fixing it with double-sided tape or glue stick.

Using a craft knife and ruler, cut out a large motif, 12.5cm piece of the border strip and a greeting.

Stick the motif to the card with sticky pads and add the border strip with double-sided tape, positioning as shown.

Stick the greeting to a larger piece of silver metallic card with double-sided tape and trim round with a craft knife and ruler to leave a small border. Add to the border strip with double-sided tape.
