Pretty notecard with matching tags.

For this one print:-

The notecard sheet of your choice onto quality white card

To make the notecard or tags, crease each one using a bone-folder, embossing tool or equivalent.

You can cut them out first but I prefer to crease and then cut - this ensures that the two sides match up perfectly.

Once folded, cut with a nice sharp craft knife and ruler.
