This card's just right for those who are sick with a bad back!
For this one print:-
The Bad Back Bear pyramage sheet onto quality white card
The Teddy Bear Tales Miniatures sheet onto quality white paper
The green crossweave background onto quality white paper
The green mini polka background onto quality white paper
To make the card, cover the front of a white or ivory A6 card blank with the green mini polka background paper. Add a 3cm strip of the crossweave background to the bottom of the card, and a piece of the border strip from the pyramage sheet, all with double-sided tape.
Make up the green pyramage with either sticky pads or further layers of card and double-sided tape (the latter gives you a firmer, smaller stack - ideal for sending through the post). Finish with a layer of silver metallic card, trimmed round with a craft knife and ruler to leave a small border. Add the stack to the card blank with double-sided tape.
Add a metallic card-mounted greeting to the bottom of the card.
Cut out the pill-pot strip and one of the back rub strips from the miniatures sheet. Add double-sided tape to the back of the wording end of both pieces. Roll the strips up from the opposite end, starting the roll with the cocktail stick, then removing it once you've got it going. Keep rolling, keeping it even between your fingers as you roll.
The pill-pot is complete once rolled. For the back rub tube, ease a little tacky glue into the top end and squeeze together to make the tube-shape, making sure that the wording is at the front. Keep the end of the tube clamped shut with a bulldog clip or peg until the glue has dried.
Add both the pill-pot and back rub tube to the card with tacky glue and allow to dry.
The little pills are made with a small hand-punch and some white fun-foam. You can either use self-adhesive fun foam or add double-sided tape to the back of non-adhesive foam to make it really easy to stick the tiny shapes once done.
