How to Access Digital Downloads

We have a variety of digital download products on our site, ranging from clip art and card kits to digital paper pads, spanning a wealth of different themes such as Valentine's Day, Christmas, birthdays, animals, music and more!

We've had a few questions from customers regarding how to access their digital content. Once you've purchased a digital download, you will be sent an email with a link to access your content, which should look a bit like the image below. If you do not receive an email, please ensure that you check your spam folder in case it has ended up there. If you do not receive an email, please contact us.

If you have bought any of our digital download products and have lost the file for one reason or another, don't worry! You can simply redownload the files from your content library. You'll be able to find a link to your content library at the bottom of the website. See below for examples. These Digital Content Library links also appear on each Digital Download product page, and on the post-checkout page. Please note that this link will only appear if you have previously purchased digital content.
