How do your Gift Cards work?

NOT A PHYSICAL GIFT CARD - A GIFT CARD CODE WILL BE EMAILED TO THE RECIPIENT FOLLOWING CHECKOUT

How It Works:

  • Above the "Add to Cart" button is a checkbox that says "I Want to send this as a gift". Tick this, and a form will appear below that allows you to enter the intended recipient's email address, name, a personalised message, and a date on which to send the gift card to their email.
  • Following this, add the gift card to your cart and check out as you would with any other product.
  • Once you have checked out, you will also receive an email confirming the purchase.   

If You Are the Recipient of a Gift Card:

  • You will receive an email from us (support@printableheaven.com) containing your gift card!
  • There will be a unique 16-digit code in the email that you can enter at checkout to redeem the gift card. Simply enter this in the field that says "Gift card or discount code".
  • If the value of your order is higher than the balance on the gift card, you can use a debit/credit card or PayPal to make up the difference. If the full balance of the gift card is not used, the remaining balance will be stored under the 16-digit code for future use.

How do I access my digital downloads?

If you have purchased digital downloads, you will receive an email with a download link to access your content. If the email or downloaded file is deleted, don't worry; you can access a library of your digital products by navigating to the bottom of the website's homepage, and clicking on the large purple button that says "My Digital Content". Each purchase permits ten downloads. Please be aware that the "My Digital Content" button only appears to account holders who have previously purchased digital products.

What are my options for shipping and delivery?

We offer both home delivery and free pickup. For home delivery, we offer Royal Mail standard delivery and DPD next-day delivery. Pickup is typically available 2-4 days after an order is placed. You will receive an email to inform you that your order is ready for pickup.

How can I view my order history?

If you had an account on our old website, it is unfortunately not possible to view your full order and transaction history. All orders made through our new Printable Heaven site can be viewed within your account; simply navigate to your account page using the icon in the top right hand corner.

How do I create an account?

You can create an account by clicking the "person" icon in the top right corner. This will bring up a "Sign In" page. Underneath "Sign In" will be a link that says "Create Account". Click on this and enter your first and last names, your email, and create a password.

How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password by navigating to the login page in the top right hand corner and clicking "Forgot your password?". From there, simply enter your email address and click "Submit", and Shopify will send you a link to your email to reset your password. If you haven't received a password reset email, please make sure that you have entered your email address correctly, and that you check your spam folder.
