Welcome to our New Site!
As you might have guessed from our snappy layout change - Printable Heaven has moved to a new site. This site, to be exact. We're just writing this blog article to celebrate our new-ish beginning, and to answer some questions that you may have about navigating this new website of ours.
Your first question is likely concerned with why the site has changed at all. Printable Heaven has come under new ownership, with former owners Andy and Sandie taking a well-earned retirement. With this change of hands has come a change of layout and scenery; as all crafters know, good things don't necessarily come to an end, they just take on a slightly different shape!
You might be wondering how this new site differs from our previous one. Worry not - all of the products you know and love are very much still here, and now, it's even easier to browse your favourites, or search for something you've perhaps not seen before. All of our terrific products have been carefully categorised within an easy-to-use dropdown menu, located at the top of the website.
Another concern you may have is whether or not your website accounts will remain the same. The way you log in will be the same (using an email and password), however you will be required to make a new account in order to shop on the site. You'll have access to a very neat and navigable account page, which will display your information and past orders.
For those among you who frequent or are interested in our digital products, our new site also features a convenient digital content catalogue. If you have bought any of our digital download products and have lost the file for one reason or another, don't worry! You can simply redownload the files from your content library, which can be done up to seven times. You'll be able to find a link to your content library at the bottom of the website. Please note that this link will only appear if you have previously purchased digital content.
It perhaps goes without saying, but we're over the moon to be able to take you all with us into this exciting new chapter! We'll be releasing some new and exciting products in the next year, so make sure you keep an eye out.
