I've made the background on this card from the individual backing papers, and then devised a sheet that has all the pre-done components, so it's up to you as to whether you pick the easy way or the hard way....!
This kit contains 9 x A4 sheets to print in PDF format.
Also includes full instructions for making the card along with all the origami shirt folding instructions with step by step images.
